Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

A significant number of people prefer to spend money right away instead of saving it. The reasons are the low level of financial literacy and surrounding that affects negatively. This essay shows that it is a negative development because it means that people can not control themselves and it will affect their financial situation negatively.

Many individuals do not know how to manage their money. This indicates that many people were not taught financial literacy in their childhood. Therefore, they do not know the methods of organizing their budget. For example, in my country, schools do not have a subject about financing, keeping students in the dark. As a result, it will lead to financial insecurity.

Environment is the key stimulator in pursuing persons to purchase particular items. In particular, in every corner of modern city there are a lot of advertisements, bonuses and other things that are attractive or profitable. Such stimulators get viewed by many people and create conditions when it is unavoidable to pass without taking a look. For instance, shop windows often display the most appealing clothing to entice customers, because it is hard to not notice beautiful outfits. Due to these manipulations, it is easy to convince those around them to spend their cash.

Spending money without organizing it properly leads to the negative development. This demonstrates that citizens cannot be responsible, because they can not control their purchases. Hence, quality of life decreases as money is spent in the wrong direction.

In conclusion, great number of people like to spend their budget, because they do not know about financial literacy and the impact of environment is high.
