It is highly argued that whether people should continue to do similar kind of jobs their whole lives or change them. This essay will discuss both perspective views; however, I firmly believe that it should be the preference of individuals to choose work.
One primary reason why individuals stick on same occupation is the stability and expertise in the field. It helps to develop the specialized skills such as problem-solving, and knowledge while working in similar position, improving the interpersonal skills, and become expert in specific role. Furthermore, staying in the same type of work reduces the stress and burden, receiving a bind salary on the monthly basis which leads to financial security. For instance, a person who works in a company become stress free because he or she just complete the task and get payment on time.
Nevertheless, changing the type of work can offer the personal growth of individuals as it aids to discover the new ideas and talents of setting their new business, and they can learn how to make profits in the competitive market by observing through different works. Moreover, when humans are getting incline into new kind of employment, they can become financially strong. This means that if they run their own business, offering them to enhance the opportunities to get more money, and gaining success in their business.
In conclusion, although continuing to similar kind of occupation ensures stability and expertise, changing the type of work provides better experience and opportunities; however, I think it should depend on people because they know what is appropriate for them.
