It is said that you should complete your profession’s course in university to get a job, despite it is also said that you should work after school to gain an experience. To a certain extent, I agree that individuals ought to have enough experience before starting to work. However, I also believe that people should study in their field firstly.
On the one hand, I admit that every company require some experience in this field, because you should know what you will do here, the aspects of your job and so on. For instance, you work as a manager in any company and you must organise some events, seminars, then do some pr but you have not done it before. In this case, you will lose yourself along with not completing your job’s tasks. Subsequently, should you start to work after school again you will fail again because if you do not have any study, knowledge in a field what you will do while working. Sure, if you are planning to work in a farm or something that is not needed study, you can work after directly finishing school. Nevertheless, if you want to work as an engineer, a doctor, a teacher etc you should have study to work as these.
On the other hand, I believe that a person who wants to be successful in his job, he must complete this course in university. May it can be said that university does not give all the needed knowledge but at least you are having the essential information in this field. Of course, you should gain some experience in this job before starting to work officially. Additionally, it is better to do some extra things to be the best in there. You should comprehend that every person who works with you have gotten the same knowledge at university but were you to know a lot, it will be easier to reach good position and enough salary. Not just going course, but also it is crucial to join to some seminars, training about you job. Every knowledge you get will take you to the best positions as diverse from others. Moreover, some employees go abroad and stay in there for some period to learn that what people do different in there in jobs then they apply these to their field to improve as soon as possible.
In conclusion, while I admit that it is essential to complete your course in university, I do not believe that you can work without having experience.
