Some individuals suppose that gaining degree plays significant role to ensure good job, while others think that developing practical skills by begin working after school is more effective. While experience in job market improve practical skills and offer necessery money for live , I personally support academic level allows more future prospect and deeper perception in working process.
On the one hand, working after school education may be usefull in some cases , ,in pasticular, areas which do not requier narrow vocational information such as own small business or jod relate to entertaiment where more important self ability, talent instead of specialist knowledge. For example, person can become singer or worker in media industry by their nature ability to sing and being creative and sociable . Thus, academic level may be unnecessary in some spheres.
On the other hand, succesfull position in every industry choose more educated applicants because their deeper awareness. Consequently, having good job without official major may be more unstable and complicated. Also, considerable types of profession need university experience for being well-rounded about all sides of work. For example, areas such as medicine need vocation education due to highly specialized jobs relate to human health. As coming for perspective, person with degree is more likely to be employed that person without due to special job norms and official narratives
To sum up, while academic levels may be needless for some vocations than nature skills, I firmly belive that university degree allows more long-term perspective in large type of jods.
