It is argued that there is no other way to find a job easily except get a qualification from the university education. I totally disagree about this notion and provides some reasons in this essay.
First and foremost, recently people can learn wherever and whenever they are to gain new knowledge or skill. This flexibilities sometimes make employees who from informal education more creative than the ones whose take a university course. These because it depend on ambition from each person. For example, there is someone who graduated from master degree but less competent but somebody without any degrees are more expert to solve specific problem in their work field. So, as long as they have enough skills they are capabel to get a job. Because the amount of tuition fee might not affordable to some citizen and they can pursue their dream to being an employee by training or self learning.
Secondly, nowadays, networking is the most important. There are many successful people without an education but they are supported by their link. For instance, an artist such as Raffi Ahmad, he do not have any qualification of education, he even only graduated from senior high school but he is one of the succeed indonesian celebrity. From his bibliography it shows that he is the most humble person and this is becoming an icon to attract many people joint to his company and become more and more successful.
In conclusion, I believe that people can get a job without formal education or take university course as long as they have property skills and knowledges
