People have different views as to whether it is easier to find a job after graduating university or there are more benefits of working after school and get life lessons While life of work gives great experiences, I believe that being educated is more reliable decision.
Admittedly, embarking on a career right after school brings variety of financial and emotional advantages. If people find job at a young age, they start to make money, which make them capable of supporting their family financially. As a result, their parents take pride of them and give all responsibilities to them, thereby enhancing people’s self-confidence. Without earning money and involving in a society, people are likely to have financial and communicative problems which eventually leads to suffering from severe depression. Young employees who start working without qualifications and struggle to find stable jobs can be a prime example for this.
However, in my view, being educated and getting a diploma opens to the door for many job opportunities. If students study at universities after finishing school, they get classes from qualified professors, which increase the chance of acquiring detailed knowledge of their fields. As a result, after many years of practicing their subjects, they get professional competence in their subject, thereby enhancing the chances of finding a well-paid job in a short time. For example, there are some students who want to be teachers at universities. But educational establishments always require highly qualified professors who have several diplomas, without certificates or diplomas, employers may not want to hire them as they have no evidence about their capabilities, which causes them to end up achieving nothing in life.
In conclusion, even though there are many benefits of starting a career after school, I believe that graduating educational establishments like universities is key aspect of finding a qualified job.
