Nowadays, Individuals believe interviews are not the best way to assess the suitability of a candidate for a position, while other holds the opposite view. In my opinion, I completely disagree with the idea that interviews are not the best way to assess the suitability of a candidate for a position.
The main reason why I think that interviews are not the best way to assess the suitability of a candidate for a position is unbeneficial. One compelling reason for this viewpoint is that interviews are evident for people can prove their ability to boss. For example, Individuals can negotiate salary during interview. They also talk about their strengths for the job you want. As the result, proponents argue that the boss will trust the work they do more. They can receive many gifts from the boss in special event.
In addition to points already discussed, it is evident that interviews are not the best way to assess the suitability of a candidate for a position, while other holds the opposite view dose not hold merit. The primary reason is the fact that workers can ask some questions about their upcoming job so that they can do better. For example, they can discuss with their friends before starting work. They can prepare much type of questions about work, salary, gift to ask interviewer during the interview. Some people can try in different companies to find the company that suit for you. As a result, they escaped unemployment. Moreover, they can make many good friends to support in this company.
In conclusion, for the reasons I have mentioned above, interviews are the best way to assess the suitability of a candidate for a position.
