In many learners who commute at school, they do not have enought irsparetion in order to study harder. In my opinion, students are not interested in subjects, this is as well as there is not enought materials and details to be motivated students.
The primary concern about lack of motivation is that there is a lower teaching methods. For example, the lessons include extended period of time for learning new theme and there would large competition, insteed of this advantages the tutors do not want to teach them. This might be because they have enough working career and well-paid job so teacher did not interested in their vocation as well as they have started. Hence, low pay attentions is a barrier in encouraging students motivation. Social media may be another cause of less motivated. Around the world, there are international public games and many type of apps for teenagers for fun. So they waste thier a lot of time while sitting this programm then it can lose their interesting for study. As a result, they would choose simple life rather than feel challenges during learning interval.
A possible solution to the issue at hand may be to make a competation around students in order to encourage and develop learning skills. As the same time, tutors should give them gifts and presents in order to reward their knowledge. For example, if teachers create competation at class then many children try to win this one. So they can know their level and learning quality if they can not win the competation but they also participate next time, this is because the prise and peer’s agile can hold their motivation.
To sum up, creating a communication for teenager at class might be effective in dealing with the issue of bolstering children’s learning atmosphere and level of mastery of the lessons.
