It is believed that juveniles often come up with the idea of part-time work.The substantial advantage is that teenagers will learn self-reliance, which can be beneficial for their future, however, their work may negatively affect to their education due to lack of time.
The main plus is communication abilities with consumers will be studied by juveniles along with realisation of how much responsibility they have.It can be proof that most of teenagers often work in public establishments such as waiters, cleaners as well as their experience of solving alternative compound tasks will be doubled. If administrator job will be chosen by juvenile, by the end of his work period he will have had much skills of how to deal with frustrated consumers.If teenagers begin to get a part-time jobs, they will be adapt to work’s circumstances and ensure themselves with abilities, which guarantee them bright future.
On the other hand, it will be responsible for plummeting of their grades, due to complicated curriculum and lack of time.Since if they will have full schedule of tasks , teenagers will suffer from stress along with feeling of exhausting.For instance, student who has only academic responsibilities will be contented than student who has academic and working. On account of that second type doesn’t possess the time, in response to this, they can’t bridge academic gaps and as a result they remain under stress.
In conclusion, the consequences of juveniles having a part-time job can bring both advantages and disadvantages, related to their self-reliance and stress, respectively, as a result of shortage of time.
