In this day and age, youngsters allocate a huge amount of money and time for flashy items. In my view, I show a balanced opinion on this pattern for some reasons that are explained in this essay.
On the one hand, youngsters are increasingly invested in well-rounded education as well as exposed to a variety of hands-on environments. It is beneficial for each young person to look for accessible opportunities in the future, especially employment ones. Thus, they can earn handsome incomes and have stable jobs, enabling them to dedicate their money to flashy items. Also, due to the young age, they rarely face domestic problems, such as taking care of children or preparing meals for the whole family. As a result, they have a great deal of leisure time to themselves in shopping activities.
On the other hand, youth is the most appropriate time for youngsters to pursue their goals. Each young individual needs to give themselves specific plans to come closer to their attainments. Hence, they should not waste their finances and time on purchasing exorbitant and unnecessary items, such as trendy clothes or gadgets. Additionally, many young people currently are less inclined to pay attention to societal problems. There are numerous disadvantaged individuals who need help from others. Fortunately, the young are able to devote themselves to donating and voluntary activities. Therefore, instead of wasting money and time on flashy items, youth can partake in these activities in order to gain practical experiences and boost the society.
In conclusion, while I understand that young people may have the time and financial means to buy flashy items, I believe they should also focus on more meaningful goals like personal development or helping others.
