There is a controversy over whether bikes are replacing cars in some cities, whereas cars in others. In my opinion, there are several reasons contributing to this trend and I contend that riding bikes instead of cars is far more beneficial. There are various reasons why people are opting for cars in some cities and for bikes in others. First and foremost, cars tend to be convinient means of transportation. So, many people choose cars over bikes for comfort and functuonality at the same time. This means that some nations prefer convinience and tend to opt for cars more. Nevertheless, bikes are common in other nations since they tend to be eco-friendly and are easy to operate. For example, riding a bike do not emit harmful gases and do not require fuel, which makes them appeling and affordable type of transport.
In my view, riding bikes is more advantageous development and has more tremendous effects on environment and individuals. In many cases, riding bikes helps to reduce greeenhouse effect and increases nation’s well-being. For instance, as people commute by bike more, they tend to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the air and tend to stay fit. By encouraging people to ride bikes, government tend to tackle with climate change and diminish the number of patients with obesity and overweight.
In conclusion, although some nations choose cars for their convinience and effectiveness, others tend to opt for bike for its affordability and eco-friendliness. In addition, bikes are better mean of transportation as it positively contributes to the nations well-being and climate change.
