There is wide difference between characteristics and abilities terms of females and males. I generally agree that some careers are specialize and convenience for each of them. As mentioned, it is because of their natural general personality beside abilities such as physical and mental powers.
one reason is that men are gifted powerful than women, their physical ability are much higher endurable in hard and sophisticated positions. They may bear in some jobs that need physical body power and hard-working situations, for example working on buildings, special army, totally military services, mining and etc. This is because most of women are delicate and these careers may be not suitable for them.
Furthermore, mental abilities are one of the most important parts of every job and some of them require a hard, patience and focused mind. Women have kindly and maternal character and it makes them not appropriate for some of jobs that are so rough and opposite of their characters. Such as working in the prisons, mental hospitals and slaughterhouses. These types of careers might be easier to work for males as their hard and manly mind.
On the other hand, we have some jobs that are suitable for each sex of people and they are not unisex. For instance, the general jobs are one of the good ones to mention and some of special careers like management positions are the best area for them to work in. this is due to these jobs accept variety of abilities and personalities of each group of sexuality.
In conclusion, some of jobs which require a special power will allocate to a women or men depend of their natural characteristics, especially physical and mental ones. This is recommended to people work in suitable job that match with them based on their abilities.
