There are many compelling reasons why equipping household goods brings about immense benefits. In our modern society, balancing work and life is an elusive goal for many individuals because of the hectic working schedule. As a result, the expenditure of houldhold facilities can mitigate the amount of work which has to be done on daily basis, so people have more time to do their go-to activities such as playing a sport, exploring new places, travelling oversea or making new friends, which is better for physical and mental well – being as well as their life quality. Furthermore, in this day and age, job positions related to home amenities are still increasing quite slowly, and there are still fewer opportunities for economic growth in technology devices, especially household equipment. As a result, spending more financial resources on buying household goods encourages economic development and technological innovations. Exporting, importing, buying, and selling these products bring about a huge pròit for many establishments and generate more job opportunities for many people, helping them to cover their living.
On the other hand, buying a large number of household facilities has its own drawbacks. In our modern society, many people rely too much on technological amenities, leading to a lack of physical activity, which causes a wide range of modern diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Due to a weak immune system, we would be more vulnerable to environmental factors such as weather, pollution, and epidemics. Furthermore, with the enhancêmnt of our society, to meet humans’ demand, there is mass production of many cheap and low-quality products. That means they will be out of order easily and can be used for a short period of time. Therefore, people would throw away or replace them regularly, which is a waste of money and causes a lot of damage to the environment.
In brief, I believe that the expenditure on household amenities has both benefits and drawbacks. If we utilize them in a reasonable way, we can have a better and sustainable life.
