Nowadays, the increaseing number of people are living far away from where their families and friends live, either for the purpose of education or work. Although there are some advantages nd and disadvantages associated with this trend, I would say, the benefits outweight the drawbacks.
To begin with, people especially young people are exploring differed places and prefer to stay on their own. For them, living alone can benefit them in various ways. Firstly, they can enjoy the peaceful of life without being disturbed by others. So that they can schedule their timetable flexibility. Moreover, it would improve independence skills because they have to engage in the activities by themselves such as doing house-works namley doing laundry and doing dishes and managing the money. For example, since the young people in the United States move out of their parents’ house whey they turn 18, they would overall experience the peaceful of life and develope the independence skills.
Despite the upsides of living solitary, there are some downsides related to this. It us obvious that when people decide to live by themselves, they might feel lonelines and homesick as there is no one who in turn talking to them and they might miss these people. Additionally, it is likely that they feel weakness emotionally and physically with ease those with people living around them, due to the fact that when encountering problems such as health issues and social difficulities, there is no one who can neither take car of nor enourage them. For instance, although living alone is quite popular in Western societies, they would experience homesick and health issues easily.
In conclusion, there are upsides and downsides of living alone. In my opinion, the advantages of this trend exceed the disadvantages because it would enable them improve independence skills and feel the enjoyable moments of life.
