In recent times, folks are using internet for different purposes instead of doing things personally. In the following paragraphs I shall discuss both pros and cons.
On the one’s hand, internet provide convenience for its users by supplying most services online. For example, for necessary transactions or for new credit cards you do not have to go to bank and waiting in a queue. Usually,banks provide all their operations online and comfortable for their clients. Moreover, people can buy anything from every part of the world. Apps like Amazon offer online shopping. For instance, my friend mostly buys goods online from China due to their affordable price and fast delivery.
On the other hand, all your personal data such as credit card numbers, passwords,and your preferences in shopping these are threatened by scammers and hackers. To illustrate, in Uzbekistan scammers are trying to get your password from debit cards and if young people are aware of frauds, elderly people with lack of information are target for scammers. Further,one of the notable drawback is that people with health problems like eyesight and dementia are unable to complete the tasks online. Additionally, bookings online are also difficult for humans with no technical knowledge.
To conclude, In my opinion advantages outweigh disadvantages even though your personal data can be damaged or stolen and for some people would be hard to manage with online services, many users appreciate the comfort that offers bank and online shopping apps.
