There is a growing trend where modern youth live comfortably and adopt healthier habits than previous generations, yet they experience lower life satisfaction [paraphrase the topic]. While this can be largely attributed to social media pressure [reason]. I believe that the problem can be effectively addressed by encouraging hobbies and meaningful activities [reasons].

One compelling reason why young people being less happy can be excessive influence of social media [idea]. With numerous young people scrolling and seeing luxury lifestyles or perfect bodies [reasons], they destroy their confidence and well-being and growth of self-comparison [effect]. The consequences are not confined to toxic comparison but also extend to digital perfectionism, ultimately resulting in reducing aspirations for the future [results]. Therefore, excessive social media pressure can be the most driving force behind why young people feel less happy than before [conclusion].

To address the growing concern of the less satisfaction of teenagers, it is imperative for adolescents to take decisive action by pursuing new hobbies like music and sports [solution]. Given that some demonstrating lower levels of happiness, [reason for the problem] engaging in sports will counteract this by strengthening emotional well-being [explanation]. To ensure its effectiveness young individuals should follow the discipline and participate regularly [actions to solve the problem]. In conclusion, although social media pressure is one of the main reason why many young people today feel less satisfied with their lives, encouraging them to engage in hobbies and meaningful activities can effectively help them develop genuine happiness and a balanced lifestyle.
