Residents live near this palaza are provided with a time-saving experience. If they visit every single store, they will waste time. Second, many job opportunities like security, manager, and salesman will be offered when the big malls are built. Local people in this area will have many job opportunities.
On the other hand, big shopping centre brings more disadvantage. First of all, there will be competition between the local shop and the shopping mall. Big malls can attract the large number of costumer, which lead to the poor of little shops. Small shop will close down and many worker will lose there jobs. In addition, during the construction period, dusty and pollution can affect for human health. For example, when a large plaza will be built, people will live in polluted atmospher. It cause terrible health for everyone in this area.
