One of the widely discussed issues nowadays is about less meeting of business partners or just employees and employers are being conducted face to face rather than online.It is undeniable that virtual meetings has become vital part of our life. However, there is no absolute agreement as several individuals find it beneficial, whereas others consider everything associated with online meetings negatively.Obviously, there are both pros and cons to this problem, but I suppose that merits outweigh demerits
One of the main positives of online meetings is that it is time – saving for workers. For instance, on condition that an office were far enough and there were a queue for interview workers, who came to the interview would waste the majority of time just for nothing. Another advantage is that for human beings with disabilities to not strain too much. A good example here is person, who have a lot of opportunity and have excellent skills for certain occupation, but have disability.
Turning to the other side of the argument, there are people, whom conduct is not the same as in real life. Perhaps, they have a social issues and when they come to the work they would act much more differently. Another major demerite is a poor connection .For example , to provide that in the most significant part of interview, the internet would severe and end. This situation would be the worst.
To sum up,as far as I am concerned time is too essential in order to losing them. Therefore , online meeting should be conducted more rather than one on one.
