Nowadays, in many urban areas the use of private vehicles is being limited, and this leads to people being persuaded to use public transport. This trend presents both significant advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, using public transport can reduce carbon emissions, and this leads to sustainable development across cities. Furthermore, air quality can be better owing to using public transport instead of using private cars. For instance, during COP 29 in Azerbaijan”s goverment decided to bring more eco-friendly bus and cars and this show a significant reduce of air pollution. Last but not least, utilizing public transport can alleviate traffic jams in pick hours and air pollution.
On the other hand, use of private vehicles may be convenient in order that they can offer door-to-door options which is more flexible to people who can live remove areas. Furthermore, for long travels it is more logical to use private cars as they can save time. Additionally, if individuals using time to go other cities for travel or other purposes using their private cars are more alternative way.
To summarize, while limiting private cars is necessary for environment, public transportation meet the logistical needs. Due to the fact that, individuals can choose eco-friendly alternative vehicles rather than public cars and this can lead to increasing air quality and reduce carbon emission.
