Band 5+: Most of people do not care about environmental issues. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Environmental problems increases day by day because masses do not care. However, it is partially agreeable from perspective as it is not the responsibility of only people, government should also make some rules.

Commencing with the facts that individuals do not care for this problem. The major one is witnessed that people believe that there is enough ground water so they use excessive use of water to wash cars, clothes regularly. Most of the masses even do not off the tap after bathing or brushing which result loss of fresh water. What is more, in what other ways masses are responsible for this. Individuals use plastics bags while shopping clothes, vegetables and packing some items for travelling which cause soil pollution which is major problem nowadays as plastic bags is non-regredable and non- recycling. For example, a study carried out show that 60 percent land of India is polluted by plastic due to which farming and living on that area is very difficult.

On Contrast, government should take initiatives to stop environmental issues. Firstly, they make some rules to save environment like ban plastic or shut down that companies which produce plastic and also held seminars to spread awareness regarding use of plastics, As a result, masses use handmade bags rather than plastic. For instance, In Japan, 90 percent of masses use handbags to save environment. Another step is law bodies make team of some people whose responsibility to aware citizens about environment issues like air, soil pollution. Team should do some interviews, programs on national channels to aware them.

In conclusion, masses believe that it is not the responsibility of them to look environmental problems so they do not care it. It is the responsibility of both citizens and government to solve environmental issues.
