If people who have not enough experience on driving cause more accidents by driving fast, and that is a bad situation for both the driver and the passenger. Another problem is that governments destroy houses to build more motorways. Some people spend millions for their houses, and they do not want to leave their home. However, these problems can be solved by using restrictions and agreements. If the government bans inexperienced drivers from driving on the highways, the number of accidents will decrease. And this is also safer for other drivers and passengers. Coming to the solution of demolishing houses, governments should implement their agreements with restaurants.
