Some maintain that music is one of the well-known languages in the worldwide. Although I have reservation about this statement, I still concur that the given argument as seeing plenty of merits from music. The purpose of this essay is to elaborate both sides of standpoints and provide strong enough reasons and examples to bolster my agreement.
The advantages of music certainly brings a large amount of benefit to human. In the facet of language, the merits are more than eliminating the boundaries of countries, fostering the development of inlusive society as well as embracing the diversity among different backgrounds. Take Taylor Swift for an example, the celebrity who dedicates her life to music and provides much resources to charities, holding concerts all around the world every year. Most of her fans basically come to visit with different nationalities and ethnicities. While they are unable to communicate with their own mother tongue directly, they can resonate with the rythm and melody in the concert and obtain consensus via dancing and singing together. Hence, I deeply think that music has been the widespread language for individauls.
However, the disparities still exist in accordance with static stereotypes, more or less, influencing the naunced understanding from time to time. To illustrate, many westerners are inclined to R&B or Blues styles of music, finding lack of interest in Chinese or Indian styles. The essence of complexity, from my opinion, might be contributing to the fundamental surroundings that westerners has been raised, causing the hardship for feeling intrigued to the innate taste of music.
To conclude, after careful consideration, even though there is the reason that diverse the comprehension of music, I remain convinced that the music is the universal language of humans in terms of acquiring consensus without speaking official language or using language tools such as translators.
