However, the best solution to this is city planning. If there is proper paln to develop a city and if there are certain rules and regulations implemented by government then this disaster can be controlled. In addition government should start some awareness camps in the cities so that people get aware about the effect of overpopulation. They should help them to understood the things like family planning. If population growth slows down then it resolves the problems like overpopulation and pollution. The proper city planning will help people to live in a good space rather than living in a conjusted place .
