In recents time,family members wanting to accompany buisnessmen in their buisness trip has both advantages and disadvantages on the family.The advantage being,the individual can spend quality time with family during the trip,but in the contrary, the person might also loose signicant focus on his/her company work.

In conclusion,I firmly believe bringing your family to company trip has significant advantages which includes,the person spending more time with his/her family through which,they can know them better but, it also involves the person not concentrating much on work,resulting in poor business outputs.
