An open plan designs of buildings, such as offices, houses and schools become more popular in modern world. In my opinion, it is considered the best type of design of buildings, because open plan does not need a lot of materials. Although, open plan also has some negative points for people. In this essay, I will explore the reason of using open plan design and some advantages and disadvantages.
First of all, the open need not use plenty of materials to build than other plan designs. Open plan design is huge room or place without many doors and walls, so it does not need a lot of materials, such as cement for walls, doors, windows and other iteams. Furthermore, open plans can be convenient to move around the place and communicate with team or colleges. The rooms do not have any walls, so it is easy to discuss or talk to people without to move or walk around the room.
However, most of open plan design of buildings become noisy and crowded places. When, numerous number of people walk around in one room or office , it is become to noisy place. These offices and rooms cannot be suitable to work and focus on the tasks. In additional, the crowded places become stuffy, so it is also can be the problem for workers, pupils and just for people.
To sum up, I believe that open plans are not the best choice, even if it need less materials to construct. The silence and calmness in place are important to work and focus on exercise, especially for places, such as offices and school classes.
