Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerning about that open-space offices instead of working in separate rooms. While I accept that this bring more positive for work.I would argue that the negative also not badder.
on the one hand, open-space offices is better communication. Employees can talk to each other easily without walls or doors. This helps them work faster and share ideas more often. For example, if someone has a problem, they can ask their colleague immediately. Also, open-space offices can save money for companies because they do not need to build many small rooms. Another benefit is that open offices make workers feel more equal. Managers and staff usually sit in the same area, so employees may feel more comfortable to speak and give opinions. This can create a friendly working environment.
On the other hand, open-space offices also have some disadvantages. The biggest problem is noise. People talking, phones ringing, and moving around can make workers feel distracted. Because of this, it is hard for them to focus on important tasks. In addition, there is little privacy, so employees may feel stressed or uncomfortable, especially when they need to make private calls.
In conclusion, i acknowledge that open-space offices bring positive effects. I would content that there are problems like noise and lack of privacy. A balance should be stuck between two achieve the best outcome.
