In the present, pupils who watch a plenty of television and play video games are becoming a controversial issue. While some argue that these restlessnesses are not significantly have positive impact to pupil’s mental heath, I strongly agree with this view because those are the interesting activities that attract attention, which cause them to have less caring about themselves and increase aggression.

First and foremost, what makes children have less caring about their mental heath should be deducted. This is because fast-paced video games and television shows may contribute to shorter attention spans and difficulty concentrating on tasks that require sustained mental effort. If they have a lot of leisure time, nowadays, TV and video games always be one of the most popular options that comes through their mind. Consequently, their parents should have to be aware of how much time they spend on doing such the things, and also how often they ignore about quality of sleep time and exercising because, as people’ve already known, they are some of the beneficial activities that can boost mental health to be better in everday life. In addition, those can cause children unable to easily doing something fast, as a result of less-concentrated.

In addition to this, increasing aggression can be another main trouble when discuss about negative technology advancements toward children, also the causes of family arguments. This is because excessive gaming or screen time can lead to addictive behaviors, causing children to prioritize gaming or watching TV over other important activities like homework, physical exercise, and social interaction. According to Harvard psychology research in 2022, many parents said that when their children enjoyed watching TV or playing games; nonetheless, they love to see their child spending time relaxing without going out, but children always have aggressive behaviors to them.

In conclusion, I completely support the suggestion that these activities are not beneficial for a child’s mental health because children will have less attentive to their health and outrage to their parents.
