These days, teaching profession has become very popular in the world . Teachers plays a very important role in the development of children. However, very less people desire to become children at high level . This essay will look at the core reasons for this and propose some solid solutions .
One of the main cause of the problem is low salary providing to teaching staff . Moreover, teachers works very hard and teach their students but many school did not provide good salary . In addition , most of the schools deduct salary when teacher is absent due to fever or any health issue . This is such a bad thing . That is why most of people did not want to become teachers. To tackle this issue, government should make teachers salary list for all grade and check all schools if any schools give less salary than the government provided list that school to be punished.
Another issue is bad manners of students towards the teachers. That is why teachers did not feel safe around bad students. Futhermore, student doing useless pranks to teachers . Sometimes students hide the glasses of teacher and speak loud in front of teachers. Students did not respect their teachers . These things crush teachers confidence. The solution of this problem is school have to make strict rules for this if any student disrespect to his teacher school staff specially principal take notice and give him punishment .
A third problem is lack of tranportation for teachers. In addition to this , in some area where teachers is living transportation system is not good . Buses did not come on time .As a result teacher did not reach school on time. The way forward could be by complain to government to make transportation system better .
To sum up, some people wants to become teacher due to the reasons such as,low salary,bad manners of students,lack of trasportation . This is a serious problem and it must be resolved without facing any negative consequences. According to my personal perspective the main responsibility for solving this problem lies with government and people themeselves.
