Gender equality has changed the society become a better habitat for human being, where male and female have the same amount of right. Because of equality’s tendency, it has become increasingly common for both parents to have jobs. Therefore, it contains a lot of disadvantages for parents to balance working and taking care of their children, but I believe that there always have a efficient solution for this problem. In this essay, I am going to discuss about the negative aspects and some possible advices.
On the one hand, parents who have a tight working schedule will have less time to look after their kids. This phenomenon results in the lack of love and attention a child may need and they will need to hire a baby-sitter to take an eye on their sons or daughters when they are not around. Hiring a childcare person may take them a lot of money and it no doubt that it may hard to find a thoughtful and a whole-hearted person.
On the other hand, it still exist numerous of ways to deal with it cons. If the parents are worried about the family bond with their children, they could arrange family trips every weekend. Moreover, they could also take turn to spend time with their kids in day of the week. Especially, in some country you can also apply to the government to help with their childcare bills so that they can feel freely to go for work.
To sum up, bad sides associated with both parents working such as lacking of time for their children and spending to much money to hire someone to take care to their kids. Despite of these problems, plenty of solutions are provided include arranging family trips annually and helping from the government. In my perspective, the challenges of a child’s mother and father having jobs are difficult but not impossible.
