In recent years, international tourism has become the world’s largest industry. However, international tourism has created tension among residents from different nations. Meanwhile, I completely disagree with this view, as this trend offers numerous benefits.
One of the main reasons why some claim this development has created tension is that travelling requires a lot of money. This means that people have to spend their savings or they may have to take loans from a bank in order to visit their siblings or relatives in foreign countries. In contrast, by consuming a large amount of money for trips abroad, individuals may face financial challenges, which in turn lead to stress and anxiety. Therefore, people have to work more hours to cope with their travel costs.
Despite the significant drawbacks, I believe this trend still has more benefits. First of all, if people often travel between international countries, they are likely to explore new cultures, make new friendships, or find a better workplace, thereby improving their career prospects for personal development. A case in point is my home country of Uzbekistan, where many businessmen and entrepreneurs run successful businesses or companies because they have already explored a range of ways to make profits while expanding into foreign markets. As a result, people can easily get over their financial issues, thereby providing themselves with many opportunities and prospects.
In conclusion, although there is a common debate about international tourism, it causes several drawbacks. I completely disagree with this viewpoint, as it offers noticeable advantages for many people.
