Many employees prefer working from home rather than travelling to their workplace every day. I believe that the advantages of remote working outweigh its disadvantages, as it offers greater flexibility and helps employees and employers save time and money.
People sometimes require short breaks between their work to stay mentally fresh, especially when the job also requires creativeness. Employees can also save money and human resources by not travelling, for example- petrol, diesel and electricity. It also helps to reduce traffic congestion on roads.
Working from home allows employees to save considerable time that would otherwise be spent commuting. As a result, they can use this time to get an extra hour or two of sleep, helping them remain well-rested and mentally refreshed. Additionally, they may use this extra time to exercise regularly or join a gym, which can improve their physical health.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that working remotely outweigh the advantages of working in office because flexibility and creativity are two essential parts of a job. Working from home can help the employee to save money and to save his/her time from commuting, whereas he/she can give the travelling time to improve their physical health or they can spend time with their families.
