Currently a number of individuals are suffering from unhealthy lifestyle. Addiction to modern gadgets as well as junk foods might be the causer and government and media should tackle this problem by putting some limitations on fast food sales as well as rising the numbers of programmes about healthy life.

Initially, The first main reason why unhealthy lifestyle is rising is engrossment in state-of-the art technologies like smart phones, laptops as well as Tv. Due to the fact that these technologies are present nearly in everyone’s house. Besides, these tools, especially mobile phones, contain a lot of spellbinding games like PUBG. For this reason people are addicted to the gadgets and they have a sedentary lifestyle, this mean that they start following the unhealthy lifestyle. To solve this problem media ought to take the liability and increase the numbers of TV programs that can influence highly. As an excellent example of this circumstance the USA might be stated. In the USA every year thousands of civilians are engrossed in TV as well as smartphones. To overcome this case ,The USA media present more content about the negative aspect of modern gadgets addiction and this is giving its result day by day.

Furthermore, junk foods could be regarded as a second factor that causes to unhealthy lifestyle. Because of fast-paced life humans do not want to misspend any minutes and they rush a lot. So in this case fast foods are an optimum choice as a snack.For this reason, people’s interest towards fast foods is increasing. To tackle this issue, law makers should address to this situation and legislate some laws about the restriction of junk food sale widely around the country.For example, the UK is one of the such countries that put some limitations on fast food consumption. Hence in this country health level is decent.

To conclude, Unhealthy lifestyle is going widespread in current period and this could happen owing to the engrossment of cutting-edge technologies as well as fast foods,this can be tackled by state officials and media via televising a great number of tv broadcasts about health lifestyle,plus restricting the selling of fast food.
