In today’s world, many adults not only do part-time jobs but also still attending school. In this essay, i will analyze the reason behind tendency and what should students do to equalize their studies and their jobs.
There are many reasons why students participating in both part-time jobs and studying. Firstly, the substance of life is modify. The society is more and more developing, this render the residents to accomodate oneself to live. Therefore, teenagers need to do part-time job while they are attending school. For example, Students take part in part-time job to earn more income, they can complete economically indepentdent and alleviate pressure on rising cost. Moreover, this activity may help them to apply for many daily expenses such as: clothes, personal belongings, school supplies, convenient stores,… Not only help the adults to improve their quality of life but also bring them out many useful experiences. Part-time job offer the students opportunities to appoarch the actual working environment, which helps them to enhance social participation and especially gain many lessons learned soft skills such as: communication, problem-solving, time management and interpersonal and teamworking skills. As a results, these soft skills that teenagers accumulated over the part-time job are the foundation to restart after their graduation, support them to compete with the competitor for jobs and have career and promotion prospets.
On the other hand, The good news is that there are several ways to balance their studies and their jobs. To equilibrium the studies and the jobs, first and foremost, they should manage their time like estabish timetable to suit with jobs and study. Besides, adults can adjust time to work and study more effective then have time to relax and take care of yourself. Second, students had better choose some job with flexible hours to accomodate their schedule. This is because when teenagers have emergency problem, they can beg and change their shifts with others to deal with their personal issues.
