Therefore, they usually have to follow instructions, which can make them feel like burnout or depression. On the other hand, starting own business can have several both negative and positive consequences. One of the positive aspects is being independent, which young people do not have to obey any managers, and they have a chance to create new rules, that is to say not follow any rules which is set by others. Probably, they seek new ideas such as creative initiatives, or they can find projects that anyone did not find them before.
