Currently, an increasing number of individuals regularly consume fast food. While this can offer various advantages, it can also bring about some detrimental effects.

On the one hand, there are several benefits of consuming fast food on a frequently. The most obvious advantages is that quick meal can be more convenient for amount of people in the world, especially who do not have too much time to prepare a meal . For instant, office worker who spend a large portion of their time in company, and thus they will be get tired. This lead to they have a tendency to choose fast food instead of they make a meal by themselve. Another merit worth mentioning is that instant food can be reach out to many people who have a disadvantages backgound. As a results, they can afford to eat them without paying a lot of money.

On the one hand, the drawbacks of a growing number of people consistenly devour fast food. The first disadvantages is that the ecussive consumption of fast food can result in a lot of effect on customers’ health, thereby causing of risks of cardiocascular diseases or bllod disorders. The second downside is that effect of fast food on environment. This frequently be contain in products which are made of plastic, paper. Consequently, it contributes significantly to non-biodegradable waste, leading to environment pollution.

In conclusion, although the fact that a rising quantity of people consume routinely fast food can be beneficial in some sistuations, this development can also be disadvantageous to a certain extent.
