Nowadays many individuals have to compete with young people for the same jobs because there are no job opportunities for them. To solve this problem government should provide jobs to people according to their ages. So, I believe, when the government provides job to them, their competition decreased.
Looking at the causes of this problem, due to lack of jobs in any institution, both age categories have to apply in same jobs. Therefore, lot of juveniles are deprived by jobs due to this, so they are facing lot of problems in their life. For instance, if government offers jobs of teachers in Pakistan different age group people apply for this. Consequently, many brilliant students are not selected due to limited number of job seats. In this way, having no jobs vacancies increase competition between young and old people.
Shifting towards solution of this problem, government should provide different kinds of jobs to youth and old people. Similarly, catogories of jobs for them decreased competition between them. For example, in China, the government has provide professor jobs for old people and other sorts of job for youth people. As a result, they apply only their kind of jobs so, it becomes easy for them to take part in jobs. Thus, in my opinion, offering jobs to people according to their ages this problem will never created.
To conclude, jobs competition between young and old people happen because of lack of job vacancies. Therefore, this isse can be resolved if government offers different sector of jobs for old and young people.
