The involvement of the youth in government sector by a significant number has increased in the recent time. Though it comes with its perks, it has some demerits too. From my perspective, the government needs more young stars, hence it is a much positive sign.
In past, usually the youth were more driven to private sector, mostly because of the payscale. However, in recent time, along with the private jobs, they are securing places in government sectors. These rising youths’ participation gives the government sector a new perspective to work. Usually, they are more enthusiastic to technology which is also beneficial for any sector they are working on.
Moreover, the fresh mind tends to work better and their curiosity always find out more ways of development. In addition, the contribution of these people brings out a better society as through them the young generation would be concerned.
However, the one thing the youth is in lack of is experience. Whenever a person makes a decision in a private sector, the negative aspect or outcome of that decision hampers the company. In a larger scale, the people working in that company. On the other hand, a bad decision in the government sector affects the community and to a broader extent, the country. Hence, having an experienced person at the job can be much helpful in certain scenarios.
To sum up, the benefits of youth taking over the government’s task is really commendable, nevertheless the negative consequences can also cause a greater distress to the society.
