Today, many young people are getting high positions in the government. In this essay, I will discuss both perspectives. I believe having young leaders is good for a country.
Firstly, young leaders bring new ideas and modern energy to the government. They understand technology well and want to change society for the better. For example, young leaders can easily make new rules for digital schools and online public services. Consequently, the government becomes faster, more modern, and helps citizens solve their daily problems very quickly.
On the other hand, many people believe that young leaders do not have enough experience to run a country. Managing important things like international business and financial laws needs deep knowledge that takes many years to learn. For example, a young politician might make a quick decision about taxes without understanding the long-term risks. As a result, the country’s economy could face serious problems, and people might lose their money.
I believe that young leaders are highly useful because they work hard and think about the future. However, they need guidance from older, experienced leaders to avoid making big mistakes. For example, a government with both young and old leaders always makes the safest plans. Consequently, a mixed age group makes the government strong, balanced, and successful for everyone.
