The important positions of a governments job include the ministers like foreign minister,finance minister etc which are all really an important part of the government to solve their relevant problem.There are also beuracrats as well that do their work properly. In all these places there is still the same controversial question wether these positions should be held by the young people or the old people. In my opinion these positions should be provided to the young people.

According to some people these important positions should not be provided to the young people as they are considered to be less experienced and giving them such position could cause some big problems for the government which cannot be taken care of easily.For example if a young foreign minister tries to make negotiations with such a country which has always betrayed their partnered country in some treaties, it can make the government face difficulty in coping with because of lack of knowledge of the young foreign minister.This is why the some people dont like the young people to be in such important position

On the other hand some people oppose the former ones and support the idea of supporting the young people to be given those important positions. They believe that the new generation can innovate the older ideas by giving new, really helpful, and creative ideas being on these postions. For example a finance minister can provide new techniques or strategies to distribute the budget fairly and according to the specific project’s need. These are some ideas in the mind of the people who support the young people to be given such important positions.

In short the whole view revolves around who is better in handling these important positions whether the young people with new ideas or the old people with experience. I myself support giving these important positions to the young peoople because they are the upcoming handlers of the government ultimately also they can have such revolutionizing ideas which are very neccessary for a government to do good for their country. Then later on with the passage of time they will also get the experience they need to improve more.
