In today’s world, specialists from poorer countries are willing to go to developed ones for a job, since there they can find a highly-paid vacancies in various companies and the life has a better quality in that countries. The emigration of people for finding a work can bring about many free workplaces in their countries, however this may be beneficial also.
Firstly, at present, there are many countries where salaries are not so high for professionals, nevertheless their residents want to have a job with high salaries. That is why, this became a reason for people to abandon their countries and start working in developed ones. The more people leave their developing countries and settle down in richer states for highly-paid jobs, the more it has an impact on the economy of their countries, inasmuch as more vacancies appear and the number of specialists is not enough. There is a compelling example, in Armenia, the salaries are very low and people who have high education do not want to work for small amount of money, and move to richer countries where their professions are highly-evaluated, which gives rise to free working places.
Secondly, the migration to developed countries is not only for the employment, but also people want to have a prosperous lives and in rich and developed countries it is more common than in poorer ones. People sell all their properties and move to rich countries where they start a new life, although this can result in lack of population in their countries which could cause economic issues. For instance, Armenia is not a safe country to live, since there is a big probability of war here and people emigrate to safer countries where they are not in danger.
In conclusion, I do believe that developing counties should value their professionals and provide high salaries, so they will not leave their countries for employment and will work for their countries’ flourishment.
