It has been universally accepted that problem of new staff that garduate and less several interpersonal skils and lack ability for work with team is escalating at an alarming rate. The problem is bringing a state of depression among the masses and in social life too. There are plethora of reasons of the same and its possible solutions can be suggested too which are discussed as follows.
In regards to the problem, the major reason which can be stated is that new staff can not work to good. In support to this reason, a fact known is that they will be miscommunication with their team or their work. Another problematic cause is that new employees will create a company become bankrupt or will be out of a job. For instance, my brother ever work in a company previously he have not experience work. After he work one month he should drop out in his job due to have not ability work with team.
Seeing the problem with a brighter mind, many of solutions can be helpful to curb this menace. One of the solutions is giving the training for the new staff. Secondly, new staff should be have experience at least two years. Lastly, human resource development should looking for worker the best. For example, my uncle ever work in a company and he accepted in a company due to he have experience more at two years and others experiences.
To conclude, solving this pivotal issue is not easy but with the joint efforts of the people, a control can be taken over the problem with the aforementioned suggested measures. I believe that everyone should come forward to mitigate this problem.
