In the present day, men and women are both working in the same workplaces as employees. I believe that this is a positive development. A number of arguments support my opinion.
On the one hand, it helps grow respectability. When women did not help their family or others, they couldn’t provide financial and mental support. But now, working women improve their personality, gain experience, qualification, and develop strong character. For example, in South Korea, both men and women work equally. As a result, women do not waste their time and contribute to the positive development of their country.
On the other hand, women’s involvement in work helps reduce crime. When women are busy with their jobs, no matter where they work, they can earn money and feel more confident and empowered. Consequently, they are less likely to be involved in crimes such as stealing or hacking. For instance, in some parts of Africa, women are not allowed to work outside. This leads to their frustration and sometimes destroys their behavior day by day. It impacts the development of the country negatively
Taking all the relevant points into account, I can conclude that if women want, they can achieve anything. It is not against men but necessary for women today.
