Nowadays male dominated workplaces are decreasing and some workplaces are giving jobs to equal numbers of men and women. In general there are drawbacks of this but the advantages are much more .
Firstly, some quota for men and women may have some negative effects. Start with having a fixed quota mar the chances of both deserving men or women. People Should be chosen for jobs based on their skills, character , and gender should not effect on selection process. There some other ways to discriminate, such as underpaying for same post the women get.
Secondly , Equal mix of both participants in workplace boosts national economies not only increases job satisfaction but also performance in workplaces. Both man and women feel good working together and doing their performances better. For that it found that in mix companies their absenteeism is less than one gender oriented company. Also added both work together for dominated performance.
Lastly , Gender equality give innovation of ideas with creativity as men and women both bring different perspectives.Togather they can solve the problem easily so that company can serve the customers more effectively gender wise.At the end we can say this create more opportunity for women which leads women empowerment properly.
However it is positive development for companies where they hier equal number of men and women employee in workplace.we can ignore the few drawbacks.
