Firstly, the world’s strucure has been modified by technology where everything is accessible and affordable. Therefore, students are allowed to complete their studies in online platforms without living their place. Despite this providing an impressive opportunity to continuous their study and academically improviding their perfromance, this could impose a significant problem to other complementary area such as a social field.
Most of the relationships established in online shools are exclusively for academic purposes where sometimes social component is neglected. Moreover social environment are extremely important to enhance social skills, to build up a network and to establish friendships. Accordingly they will improve their intellect and interpersonal skills I highy believe technology has impacted a relationships because of inadequacy to providing a holistic approach.
The standardization of working has been affected by a new concept of working from home. Althought this is advantegeous to a company and to an employee but it could potentially jeorpardize workers’ health, if hybrid strategies are not adopted. Thus, the work line is majority perfomed in a front of a computer and physical meetings are replaced by online meeting. This features are some limitations to meet new colleagues or to maintain previous connections with other work-colleagues. Unfortunately these workers have higher risks of isolation due to reduced opportunities in physically engaging with other staff member. Consequently an isolated individual could be become extremely vulnerable and developing mental health issues such as: anxiety and depression.
In summary, technology is designed to improve people’s quality life including an online study and working remotelt. However some relationships can be deteriorated if a holistic approach is not implemented and, to adopt a hybrid strategy at the workplace.
