Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in connection with my lost carry on baggage. It is a Louis Vuitton bag with a panda chain on the front handle. It contains my Identification Cards, debit and credit cards, including my Canon ‘M10’ camera which I was supposed to use for my trip in Berlin.

Moreover, I was not able to notice that my hand luggage is missing not until I finally reached the train station. Consequently, I was about to take a photograph to the place since it is my first time in Berlin, however, I found out that my bag was not with me. I tried to call the Information Centre, and apparently it’ll take a couple of days for the investigation to happen. Obviously, I filed a Police Report for my missing items.

I would appreciate if you can refund me the items that were lost, upon estimating the amount of the replaceable things I had, it would sum up to $2500. I would be grateful if this would be resolved at your earliest convenience. Please see enclosed PR.
