Some people belive that individuals on a senior positions should be payed significantly higher than ather people with lower positions in the same company. To be honest, in my mind fight two totally oposit opinions abouth this topic, maybe because in ideal world everyone is good and have enought resursess for good standard of life. Howewar, I very good understand effort, day to day work and responsability that such positions requeire so, I agree with though that team members on senior positions need to have significantly higher sallary.
In perfect world we have people with equal rights, mental and phisical capacity, healthy childhood and strong schooling which give to all of us same chance for suxess in each aspect of life. But reality is far away from that. On ather hand we have so many examples of strong people, with hard work, effort and time bringing them to their goal. To say it easy they make themselfs from “nothing” to “everything”.
I think, people who work on themself, and finally reach to that stage in life, to be a senior on their company deserv to be compensated highly than other team members. I can give a easy but fear example ( at leaste with my expirience): you will newer see senior managers or director who work 9-5, it is constantly work,work and again work, even you came out of office calls and emails did not finish ever, as well as a problems which they carry out to their home with meaning to resolve all of that.
Conclusion on that discussion will be that yes, they are defenetly must have high pay check. But also everyone need to work on himself and do not compeare with others and work on progress for our own better life and future.
