Individuals can easily get things when someone of their own age or of the similar position try to teach them as compared to the people at higher level. I agree with this statement because I think due to similar work or age and because they can freely converse with them they understand things betterly.
To prop up, there are numerous cogent reasons that support my viewpoint, the first and foremost is similar age or position. All the people of similar age group have approximately same thinking level and they also know that how to present the things in front of the people of their same age so that they can easily understand it . Apart from this, if they have sound relationship then they have the knowledge about the strengths and weaknesses of each other and they explain things to them in a quite understandable manner. For example, children in the school often discuss some difficult topics with each other and they explain each other in the way they can easily understand.
Moreover, people of the same level can freely talk with each other without any hesitation. Some people often feel shy and have lack of confidence to talk to their teachers and supervisors. Due to their this fear and shyness they never try to discuss their problematic topics with the people of higher levels and prefer to have discussion with people of their own level.
To wrap up, I can emphatically reiterate that I agree with the given statement because although higher level people have more experience and knowledge but due to the fear and shyness people prefer to learn things from their own level people and understand the things in a better manner.
