The living process of people is rising, so a few people believe that it could be origin of large issues, while others argue with that and think that ageing population might have several feedbacks to companies, government and for society. This essay will discuss both views and provide the author’s opinion.
On the one hand, if people live longer, more and more people could pay to the government through taxes. The government’s income is rose by taxes, and could be used into the different cities needs like expend green zones, building more education centre, enhance medicine and other important cities needs. Moreover, by the high ageing population the work force could increase, as elderly people have valuable experience in the business. The experienced employees know the process of company’s work and work faster than new staff members. For instance, majority of the business administrations often provide career growth and rise experienced workers’ salary to do not let them leave company or go to the pension.
On the other hand, in the majority of urban cities would be overpopulation and unemployment. The urban cores have crowded streets and buildings, if the number of people still increase. Meanwhile, employees have challenge in the job hiring, so the unemployment could also take up. In addition, the amount of environmental resources will decrease and the number of garbage will rise, if number of people still grow rapidly, as more humans need more resources and produce a large amount of garbage. For instance, in the India the number of people overtake a billion and government can not provide enough faad and water to citizens, so that os why India is the most poor and dirty country in the Asia.
Overall, I think that overpopulation have several disadvantages to the unemployment, environmental resources and pollution. However, it also have benefits to the work force and government’s money make.
