People today enjoy longer life spans than they used to do. Th e development of medical advancements and the heightened ability to share information across nations played a huge role in this. It is argued that the ultimate postponement of death will yield positive outcomes the world over. This will proven in this essay by looking how longer lifespans contribute in the creativity process and how wisdom that only come with age impacts our modern lives.

Firstly, the longer people live, the more time they could create and innovate the richer the human culture becomes. A lot of tragedies happened when the world lost a lot of bright minds at a young age. An example is Mozart, he died in his thirties, which was young, even for his times. Had he had the privilege of living longer, he would definitely extended his contribution in the world. Thus, it is clear that increasing lifespans should be seen as a positive thing.

Another constructive quality is wisdom. As most people would agree, wisdom come from elder people, as a person’s age tend to give him a deeper and better understanding of the world we live in. Thus, the wisdom of humanity is increased by simply increasing peoples lifespan. Sharing this wisdom helps humanity face the modern lives by having better insights on how to tackle these problems.

After looking how age allows people create more opportunities to contribute in the world, it is felt that delaying death could be seen as a positive thing.
