Conversely, shift in career orientation brings a variety of job experiences. One of the most common reason is that job hoppers have chance to gain the enhancement of feeling of freshment. Futhermore, changing jobs frequently can explore suitable jobs for people. For example, youngers are lack of experiences to find a proper job, so they have to try various occupations to s what suit with them.
